Job summary

Verndale is hiring a Senior UX Designer to translate complex consumer flows into intuitive experiences for a major Silicon Valley client. You will design for responsive web and native iOS apps, collaborating with product, engineering and design teams across multiple countries.

The role requires 5+ years in UX/design, proficiency with Sketch and Figma, and a strong eye for usability and accessibility. This is a remote-friendly position with global impact and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX or product design experience with eCommerce and transactional experience preferred.
• Experience designing for web (desktop/mobile) and native iOS apps.
• Strong design process knowledge: discovery, design, delivery, testing.
• Experience with design systems and reusable components.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, user flows, IA, UI designs and UX docs.
• Iterate designs based on feedback with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design consumer-facing experiences across web, iOS, and Mac apps using established design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and other designers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop designs considering engineering constraints, accessibility, localization, and timelines.
• Explain design rationale to diverse audiences.
