Job summary

AKQA, part of WPP, seeks a Senior UX Designer to shape large-scale digital experiences in a hybrid NYC setting. You’ll own end-to-end UX work from brief to user, with deep expertise in Figma design systems, the latest tools, and AI-driven workflows.

Lead cross-functional teams, deliver high-fidelity prototypes, and push strategy with clients. Strong portfolio across product and service design and exceptional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong user-centered design across complex digital ecosystems
• Lead design of large, multi-step interactions and experiences
• Expertise in Figma design systems, components, variants, auto layout
• Develop high-fidelity wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Demonstrate proficiency with AI tools to drive innovation in UX workflows
• Drive streamlined UX processes and improve client and user objectives

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions across multi-step journeys
• Develop and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
