Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior UX leader to own end-to-end UX for the CHEC web application. You will design intuitive workflows for complex configuration tasks, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and establish reusable patterns and safety-focused design standards.

Work closely with React/.NET engineers, lead usability testing with internal users and dealers, and drive AI-assisted design initiatives. You will also serve as Scrum Master, guiding Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or Software Engineering.
7+ years of UX design experience on complex enterprise apps.
Strong background in interaction design and IA.
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Proficiency with AI-assisted design and research tools (Claude, Midjourney, ChatGPT).
Foundational prompt engineering for research synthesis and design exploration.
Ability to critique AI output to meet UX quality standards.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end UX for the CHEC web application.
Design intuitive workflows for complex configuration tasks.
Create wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Establish reusable UX patterns and safety-oriented design standards.
Partner with React/.NET engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
Conduct usability testing with internal users, dealers, and TEMs.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate UX research synthesis and ideation.
Serve as Scrum Master for the CHEC Dev/Ops team and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog items and acceptance criteria.
Identify and remove impediments affecting delivery and promote continuous improvement.
