We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. Considering business goals and technical limitations, a Senior UX Designer defines strategies to ensure the best experience for users. They produce artifacts to communicate and promote design solutions externally while establishing a human-centered design approach within the organization. Responsibilities

1. Make strategic design decisions related to core or new functions and features.
2. Participate, facilitate, and conduct research with end users and stakeholders. Interpret data into insights.
3. Identify design problems and invent solutions to deliver excellent user experiences for digital products.
4. Follow usability, ergonomics, and accessibility standards to create design concepts that improve the user experience.
5. Define user experience design through information architecture, wireframes, and user flows; validate solutions via usability testing.
6. Communicate complex aspects of user experience through experience maps, user journeys, and conceptual designs.
7. Create interactive prototypes of products.
8. Conduct testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
9. Ensure UI aspects are deliverable by providing detailed documentation to cross-functional teams.
10. Develop and maintain the design process within the product development lifecycle.
11. Provide direction and mentorship to team members.
12. Seek design critiques to improve quality and grow professionally.
13. Communicate progress and concerns effectively with stakeholders.
14. Participate in brainstorming and design reviews.
15. Organize and apply human-centered design methods.
16. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other teams.
17. Build rapport and trust with clients, solving business problems with data and research.
18. Stay updated on design standards and best practices.

Skill & Experience / Qualifications

1. Portfolio demonstrating passion for digital product development across diverse content.
2. BA Degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
3. 5+ years of experience in research and experience design for digital products or services.
4. Passion for collaboration, growth, and learning.
5. Proficiency in research and design tools.
6. Experience in mobile, web, and desktop applications.
7. Strong presentation skills, verbal and visual.
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
