Job summary

Jobgether SRL partner seeks a Senior Customer Experience Designer (UX & Creative) in the United States. You will merge strategic UX thinking with strong visual design to craft intuitive digital customer journeys for loyalty, rebates, promotions, and sweepstakes.

You’ll work with Product, Development, Sales, and Delivery to balance usability, constraints, and business goals. Remote, hands-on role combining strategy, creativity, and execution, with AI-enabled workflows and reusable design patterns

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX and visual design experience with a portfolio
• Strong typography, layout, and interaction skills
• Ability to translate brand direction into digital experiences
• Experience with AI-enabled design workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own UX and design execution for loyalty, rebates, and promotions
• Create polished brand-led websites and campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Development
• Apply AI tools to concepting, prototyping, and production
