Eocene Environmental Group, located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Utility Distribution Auditor to work directly with utility clients, property owners, and contractors on ensuring sustainable vegetation management practices.

Applicants should have a degree in Forestry or Arboriculture, ISA Arborist Certification preferred, along with 2-3 years of UVM experience. The role requires effective communication, safety practices, and a strong customer service orientation. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of UVM experience.
• 5-6 years of utility experience in lieu of a Forestry Degree.
• Core knowledge of UVM Industry Safety Standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with property owners and public agencies regarding pruning and removals.
• Conduct tree and brush inventories and hazard tree inspections.
• Evaluate tree contractor performance for compliance with utility's guidelines.
• Manage and maintain vegetation data.
• Promote and enforce on-the-job safety practices.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
