Capgemini is seeking a senior UX leader to drive end-to-end strategy, design, and development across complex enterprise platforms from New Jersey. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.

Lead end-to-end UX strategy, design, and development initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
Conduct user research, workshops, persona creation, journey mapping, and usability assessments to identify user needs and pain points.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure adherence to UX best practices, accessibility standards, branding guidelines, and responsive design principles.
Work closely with front-end development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs and consistent user experiences across platforms.
Participate in design reviews, usability testing sessions, and stakeholder demonstrations.
Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on UX methodologies, tools, and standards.
9 to 12 years of overall experience in User Experience (UX) Design and Development.
Mandatory hands‑on experience in both UX Design and UX Development.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of UX‑led projects across multiple domains.
Expertise in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, design systems, information architecture, and interaction design.
Knowledge of usability testing methodologies, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design practices.
Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs while designing solutions.
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
Prior experience working at client locations and managing client expectations in a professional consulting environment.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and workshop management skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Experience creating and managing enterprise design systems.
Familiarity with analytics tools and data‑driven design decision‑making.
This role requires a highly collaborative professional who can bridge business requirements, user needs, and technical implementation to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 100000 to 130000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
