Qualifications

• Virginia State Inspector License is required.
• Extensive hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex issues and lead in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and drivability concerns.
• Conduct Virginia State Inspections accurately and in full compliance with state regulations.
• Identify safety issues and mechanical failures with minimal oversight.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
• Maintain accurate inspection and repair documentation.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle condition, repair needs, and timelines.
