Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; CA license within 30 days if hired.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and perform work efficiently to dealership standards, including hybrids and EVs.
• Identify mechanical problems using inspections and diagnostics; test parts and systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to determine root causes of issues.
• Document all work performed, parts used, and labor hours; communicate with advisors.
• Perform a wide range of repairs and routine maintenance; test drive to verify fixes.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
