Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in biopharmaceutical industry, trade association, government, stakeholder organization, or payer organization preferred.
  • Demonstrated innovator and self-starter with the ability to create action through relationship-building and by working collaboratively across functional teams to drive consensus.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Excellent oral presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to present complex information accurately and concisely.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to support policy campaigns and partnerships.
  • Develop policy narratives addressing emerging threats and redress harms.
  • Coordinate with Government Affairs and Lilly USA for alignment on policy goals.
  • Lead external consultants to support coordinated policy-shaping plans.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to build consensus around strategic actions and advocacy initiatives.
