Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience within FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, accounting, or related functions.
- Experience supporting senior commercial or business leaders in a complex matrix organization.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, business case development, and analytical skills.
- Experience leading teams and developing talent.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, operations, HR, compliance, and finance partners.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive organizational change.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and planning tools.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience within MedTech, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as the primary finance partner to US Commercial leadership, influencing strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual Business Plan, Forecast Updates and Latest Thinking.
- Commercial Finance Management: Lead financial evaluation of pricing strategies, contract negotiations, customer programs, and commercial investments.
- Operating Expense & Resource Management: Lead management of commercial operating expenses, including headcount and other discretionary spending.
- Performance Management & Analytics: Deliver actionable insights through reviews, dashboards, and reporting.
- Controls, Compliance & Governance: Maintain a strong control environment aligned with SOX and policies.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
