Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in a production laboratory.
• High School Diploma, GED, Related experience/training or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in internet-based application programs.
• Two-year degree in science or other technical field.

Responsibilities

• Produce reference standards in a clean and safe lab environment.
• Create or generate waste that is hazardous by regulation or per company procedures.
• Maintain lab stock and warehouse inventory using ERP system.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Set up, operate and maintain laboratory equipment (reactors, mixers, balances).
• Adhere to PPE policies and safety rules.
• Meet production goals and work with team or independently as needed.
• Learn quickly and be trainable and capable of problem solving.

Education

Two-year degree in science or other technical field

BS in Chemistry with 2 years laboratory experience

High School Diploma, GED, Related experience/training or equivalent
