Comlux America, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking an Upholstery Technician III to perform advanced upholstery fabrication for VIP aircraft interiors. You will sew, foam fabricate, align patterns, and upholster seats, panels, trim, and carpets while meeting engineering specs and regulatory standards.

You will serve as a senior resource in the upholstery shop, guiding junior technicians, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting production efficiency while adhering to RSQM and FAA

Qualificações

• Advanced knowledge of upholstery fabrication within a corporate aviation or aircraft completions environment.
• 6+ years of upholstery, sewing, or aircraft interior fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; read blueprints and engineering docs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare surfaces for foam and covering per approved procedures.
• Perform advanced sewing operations on seat covers and upholstery components.
• Fabricate and upholster aircraft interior components per drawings and specs.
• Interpret material specs and drawings to meet design and safety standards.
• Maintain production workflow by identifying material needs and ordering supplies.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and installation records meet RSQM and FAA requirements.
