Job summary

Akima Technical Solutions (ATS) seeks a Logistics Management Analyst (Unit Supply) to support theater-level logistics within the command’s AOR. The role requires extensive experience with supply chain management, property records, and hands-on documentation handling.

Candidate must have a secret clearance, be US citizen, and able to operate in austere environments, including potential OCONUS deployments. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and secret security clearance required.
• Senior Warrant Officer or equivalent with extensive logistics experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain special licenses for equipment.
• Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• GCSS-Army certification or familiarity with unit supply procedures.
• Willing to go OCONUS and obtain International Readiness Certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve in the command’s log cell, providing theater-level logistics support.
• Manage supply chain, distribution of materiel within the command’s AOR.
• Reconcile authorization docs with property records and track changes.
• Coordinate with NICP for requisition and release of high-priority items.
• Prepare hand receipts, transfers, and shipping paperwork.
• Move equipment by ground or air to FOB/AOB/APOD and outside the theater.
• Use RFID and GTN systems to track inventory in transit.
• Conduct physical inventories and maintain inventory records.
