Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Senior Unit Clerical at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas. The role requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and reliable shift attendance. Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Detail oriented with clerical accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete the clerical tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information and scheduling appointments.
• May receive, count and deposit cash as needed.
• Provide accurate, friendly, quality service to customers/clients when processing transactions.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
