Sodexo at Itawamba Community College, Fulton Campus, is seeking a Senior Unit Clerical to support campus operations. You will manage clerical tasks, maintain records, schedule appointments, and assist with cash deposits while delivering accurate, friendly service to customers and clients.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a team-oriented mindset, adaptability, reliability, and a commitment to a safe working environment.

• 3+ years of related clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete clerical tasks as directed by supervisor per guidelines.
• Photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information and scheduling appointments.
• May receive, count and deposit cash as needed.
• Provide accurate, friendly service to customers/clients during transactions.
• Attend shifts on time and with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on account requirements.
