Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Unit Clerical at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette campus in Lafayette, LA. This is a full-time role with varying shifts and open availability preferred.

You will perform clerical tasks, copy, file, tabulate, schedule appointments, and may handle cash deposits. Deliver accurate, friendly service to customers and maintain dependable attendance.

Requirements include 3+ years of related experience and the ability to work flexibly as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete clerical tasks as assigned by the supervisor per guidelines.
• Photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and scheduling.
• Receive, count, and deposit cash as needed.
• Provide accurate, friendly service to customers during transactions.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and vary by account/ client needs.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Complete the clerical tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Performs activities such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information and scheduling appointments.
• May receive, count and deposit cash as needed.
• Provide accurate, friendly, quality service to customers/clients when processing customer/client transactions.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
