Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates title searches and insurance risk factors for real estate transactions.
• Justifies and communicates underwriting requirements to counsel for buyers, sellers and lenders.
• Evaluates risk and exposures to determine acceptability of business.
• Determines premiums, terms and conditions based on established rules and guidelines.
• Provides guidance and acts as a resource for colleagues within the team.
• Works within broad policies to accomplish objectives and goals.
• Explains complex information in a straightforward manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
