This underwriting organization is responsible for underwriting new life insurance applications with a focus on delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience. The primary responsibility of the Sr. Underwriting Consultant is to accurately assess medical and financial risk, protecting the mortality results of the organization while also supporting sales.
Underwriting team members interact frequently with our customers; therefore, the role requires a customer‑centric and relationship‑focused attitude, excellent communication skills and accountability for accurate and prompt processing.
This role requires life insurance underwriting experience.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $108,000 to $118,000 in CA, D.C., HI, IL, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT, WA at the commencement of employment. Compensation will ultimately depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus per the applicable incentive plan.
