Responsibilities

• Works independently with little oversight.
• Prepares offerings for all types of transactions and manages portfolio risks.
• Interacts with internal/external customers and provides credit structuring recommendations.
• Serves as subject matter expert for certain asset classes and coaches underwriters.
• Identifies risks and mitigants and analyzes creditworthiness of loan/transaction parties.
• Ensures policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
