Job summary

This hybrid role mixes site oversight with central coordination, driving LOM studies, cost estimation, and growth projects to deliver the company’s strategic plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
5–8 years of underground engineering experience with mine planning and design.
Strong safety leadership and track record in safety.

Responsibilities

Oversee forecasts and Life of Mine plans with technical rigor.
Develop and manage LOM technical roadmap and studies.
Lead technical initiatives for LOM growth projects and ensure timely execution.
Implement best technical practices and share knowledge across sites.
Engage SME resources to address complex technical challenges.
