Prosegur in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an Unarmed Security Supervisor to oversee unarmed security operations, patrol the premises, and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. The role requires strong communication, observational skills, and the ability to enforce policies while coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, writing detailed reports, and responding to incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years security experience.
• Minimum 1 year CCTV monitoring experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid CA Guard Card.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in screening processes.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Good communications skills.
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods.
• Positive attitude and ethical behavior.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements, and post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Be customer-service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and effective written/oral communication.
• Conduct routine patrols and manage access to the facility.
• Log inbound/outbound activity and issue IDs for entry control.
• Escort visitors and protect property as needed.
• Write detailed DARs and incident reports.
• Provide courteous customer assistance.
• Monitor for irregular activities and maintain security.
