Job summary

Luminis Health in Annapolis is seeking a Supervisor of US Ultrasound to provide clinical supervision, set protocols, and enhance patient safety and experience. The role coordinates daily US operations, staff training, and QA to ensure cost effectiveness and productivity within the radiology service.

The candidate will have ARDMS registration, at least five years in ultrasound, and current BLS, with strong communication skills to lead a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• ARDMS registration required.
• Five years of experience in ultrasound service.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ultrasound operations including intake, records, and reporting.
• Maintain radiation safety and optimize imaging protocols.
• Supervise and coach staff, conduct orientation and annual competencies.
• Collaborate with clinicians and departments to improve patient experience.
• Respond to patient needs and participate in process improvements.
