Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Agentic Automation Engineer with deep UiPath expertise to design, build, and deliver intelligent automation for clients. The role emphasizes hands-on development and rapid onboarding to support ongoing projects.

Responsibilities include end-to-end UiPath automation, leveraging Studio/Orchestrator and Document Understanding, maintaining a portfolio of solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders. Strong English skills and a UiPath certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Familiar with Studio, Orchestrator and Document Understanding.
• Portfolio of delivered RPA solutions to show.
• Availability to onboard quickly with short lead time.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Nice to have UiPath AI Center / Document Understanding experience.
• UiPath Advanced/Professional RPA Developer certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Leverage UiPath features to build scalable automation workflows.
• Maintain a portfolio of delivered RPA solutions across processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.
• Communicate with clients to understand automation needs and provide updates.
• Onboard quickly to support active projects.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
