Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced UiPath Administrator to support enterprise RPA initiatives across SAP and federal technology landscapes. You will ensure UiPath Orchestrator remains secure, scalable, and compliant while collaborating with SAP functional teams, cybersecurity, and infrastructure partners.

The role involves administering UiPath Orchestrator across development to production, managing licenses, SSO/LDAP integrations, and governance for automation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Meet DoD 8140 requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Engineering.
• 5+ years in application administration or RPA support.
• Hands-on UiPath Orchestrator administration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA/ERP and SAP integrations.
• Experience with Okta, AD, and SSO/LDAP.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the UiPath Orchestrator platform, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and environment support across development, test, and production.
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, authentication, and role-based permissions using secure folder structures and organizational policies.
• Configure and support SSO/LDAP integrations and identity provider workflows to ensure secure and efficient user access.
• Oversee UiPath license management for Attended/Unattended Robots, Orchestrator, and Studio, including allocation and troubleshooting.
• Manage robot configurations, machine templates, credential stores, and connectivity across multi‑tenant environments.
• Monitor platform health, including performance, logs, utilization, and job failures; diagnose incidents and coordinate resolution.
• Support integrations with SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors) and other API/cloud data sources.
• Maintain connectors, service accounts, credentials, and SAP‑related access mechanisms to ensure stable and secure automation execution.
• Develop and enforce governance standards for automation lifecycle management, naming conventions, documentation, security, and version control.
• Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to meet security, audit, backup, recovery, and continuity requirements.
• Support the migration of automation assets and packages across environments.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for automation incidents and coordinate with UiPath and SAP Support when necessary.
• Offer end‑user training and support for automation publishing, scheduling, execution, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, release activities, and platform improvement initiatives.
• Analyze automation performance issues and recommend enhancements for scalability, reliability, monitoring, and orchestration.
• Support data quality, auditability, and compliance for automated workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
