Confidential FinTech Company in New York City is seeking a Mid-Senior UiPath Developer / Business Process Analyst to join the Intelligent Automation team. The role blends hands-on automation with process analysis, roughly 60% UiPath development and 40% business insight, working hybrid with onsite in NYC and some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

Hands-on UiPath development experience with production automations.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate to automation.
Experience with UIPath Studio/Orchestrator and REFramework.
Comfortable working with business stakeholders in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

Own automation projects from discovery to production deployment.
Design and build UiPath automations using Studio and Orchestrator.
Partner with business to capture requirements and create PDDs.
Test, deploy, and monitor automations; provide production support.
