Job summary

Vericence is seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer to design and build intuitive, responsive web and mobile interfaces. The role combines UI/UX design with hands-on React Native development to deliver scalable applications.

You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality user experiences, create design systems, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of UI/UX development and frontend engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience developing and deploying applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components using React.js and React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
• Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, user flows, design systems, and UI specifications.
• Implement responsive designs across multiple screen sizes, devices, and platforms.
• Ensure consistency in UI/UX across web, iOS, and Android applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Conduct usability reviews and contribute to improving overall user experience based on feedback and analytics.
• Troubleshoot UI issues and work closely with development teams to resolve functional and visual defects.
• Establish and maintain reusable design patterns and frontend development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical best practices.
