Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on front-end development experience using React or a comparable modern framework.
• Proven experience architecting scalable front-end systems and design systems in production enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing and shipping complex, data-dense B2B SaaS applications.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to defend architectural and UX decisions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and modernize the front-end foundation of a financial governance platform.
• Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into intuitive, user-centered workflows.
• Define scalable front-end architecture patterns for performance, state management, and API integration.
• Establish and govern a formal design system and reusable component library.
