Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences in a remote US setting. You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, translating business requirements into intuitive experiences and interactive prototypes, while building responsive front-end interfaces using modern web tech.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality digital products

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, CS, IT, Digital Media, or a closely related discipline.
Five or more years of professional experience designing and developing production-grade web or mobile applications with a strong emphasis on UX/UI.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Hands-on experience with front-end technologies and design systems; collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design lifecycle from requirements to interactive prototypes and visual specifications.
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern web technologies and reusable design systems.
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, QA, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Conduct usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
