Job summary

Downtown Boulder Partnership is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to enhance customer engagement on our platforms. This role involves developing user-friendly interfaces to improve visitor satisfaction and increase revenue. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive UX strategy that meets performance targets, managing UX initiatives, and incorporating research insights into actionable prototypes.

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in user experience design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools. This is an onsite role, requiring collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of user experience design in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating positive business outcomes.
• Expertise in modern design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop UX strategy aligned with revenue and NPS goals.
• Manage backlog of UX initiatives across projects.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts.
