Atria Senior Living is seeking a User Interface/User Experience Designer to evolve our digital experiences across multiple brands from our Louisville area center. You will collaborate with strategy, creative, digital and development teams to deliver accessible, visually cohesive experiences that strengthen customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in visual design, HCI, or related field.
• Must complete Atria specified training programs.
• Strong portfolio of responsive web experiences and UX decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and information architecture.
• Experience collaborating with developers and documenting handoffs.
• Familiarity with CMS like Storyblok or WordPress and HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, intuitive UI experiences within brand frameworks.
• Evaluate information architecture, navigation, and content flow for usability.
• Collaborate with brand managers, copywriters, and developers to translate needs into designs.
• Ensure visuals align with advertising and marketing touchpoints.
• Manage Figma libraries and design systems across brands.
• Create reusable components and responsive behaviors for desktop, tablet, mobile.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices to typography and color.
• Develop concepts through wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Use analytics and user behavior to inform iterative improvements.
• Provide clear specs to developers during implementation.
