Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences. You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences, interactive prototypes, and responsive front-end interfaces using modern web technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HCI, Graphic Design, CS, IT, Digital Media).
• 5+ years designing and developing production-grade web/mobile apps with strong UX focus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, IA, interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, and end-to-end product design.
• Advanced skills with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator; solid front-end basics (HTML5, CSS3, JS/TS) and React.
• Experience creating responsive UI, interactive prototypes, reusable design systems, and scalable front-end architectures.
• Proven front-end experience with React; familiarity with Angular or Vue a plus.
• Knowledge of WCAG, browser compatibility, performance optimization, and Git workflows.

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior UI/UX Designer to research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences that support multiple business functions and diverse user groups. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle, from translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences and interactive prototypes to developing responsive front-end interfaces, conducting usability testing, and supporting applications throughout their operational lifespan. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in user experience design, visual design, information architecture, and front-end development, combined with strong hands-on experience building responsive, accessible, and component-driven web applications using modern web technologies. You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, software engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality digital products that enhance customer satisfaction and support strategic business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a closely related discipline.
• Five or more years of professional experience designing and developing production-grade web or mobile applications with a strong emphasis on user experience and interface design.
• Strong, demonstrable understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and end-to-end product design processes.
• Advanced working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.
• Hands-on production experience creating responsive user interfaces, interactive prototypes, reusable design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architectures.
• Proven experience developing front-end applications using React, with working familiarity in Angular or Vue considered a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design, CSS frameworks, browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), front-end optimization techniques, and UI performance best practices.
• Solid experience with Git-based version control workflows, Agile development methodologies, design collaboration tools, developer handoff processes, and release management practices.
• Hands-on experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, cloud-hosted applications, authentication systems, and modern deployment environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, usability evaluation, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to solve complex user experience challenges through research-driven design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise applications involving dashboards, workflow management systems, data visualization, real-time collaboration features, or complex business applications.
• Familiarity with Storybook, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, animation libraries, Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), and modern front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Exposure to DesignOps, design thinking methodologies, accessibility auditing, service design, behavioral analytics, customer journey optimization, and enterprise design systems.
• Experience conducting usability testing, A/B experimentation, accessibility validation, design quality assurance, and contributing to user-centered design practices within Agile software development environments.
