Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI / UX Designer with 8+ years of experience in user experience design , visual design , and user-centered product development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences, and creating visually appealing, accessible, and user-friendly digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user behavior, needs, expectations, and pain points.
• Translate research findings and business requirements into user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate user journeys.
• Create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and overall customer experience.
• Design responsive and interactive user interfaces across web applications, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and continuously refine designs to improve user satisfaction and task completion.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance design systems, reusable components, style guides, and UI standards.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, spacing, layouts, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Incorporate accessibility standards and inclusive design principles into digital experiences.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final deliverables.
• Stay updated with emerging UI / UX trends, design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Advocate for user experience excellence and contribute to continuous improvement across the design process.
