Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with shipped, complex digital products.
• Strong command of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale to executives, engineers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI product experiences, including conversational flows and multi-step workflows.
• Define AI interaction patterns for uncertainty, error states, latency, and human-in-the-loop moments.
• Create conversational interfaces and analytics dashboards for non-technical users.
• Develop reusable AI interaction components within a design system.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,875 - $95,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
