Job summary

A fast-growing I.T staffing firm in California is seeking a skilled developer with a minimum of 6 years of J2EE experience, and at least 2 years in AngularJS. Ideal candidates will have solid Core Java expertise and experience in developing User Interface applications. Responsibilities include creating design documents, developing web applications, and working within Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong desire to continue developing their professional skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of J2EE experience, including 2 years in AngularJS.

Job Description

Minimum 6+ years of J2EE experience and out of which 2 years of experience in Angular JS.

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in developing User Interface (UI) applications and professional web applications using HTML 4.0/5, CSS2/ CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, XHTML and XML
• Strong development skills in Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JMS (MQ-series), JNDI, RMI, XSL, JavaScript
• Experience in developing Single Page Applications (SPA) using AngularJS, backbone.js and Node.js
• Experience in Web Services using SOAP, Restful, WSDL, HTML, XML, JAXB, XSD, SAX and DOM parsers
• Experience working with Oracle 11g, SQL/ MySQL server and DB2 rational database management systems
• Experience with modern software engineering practices (Continuous Integration, Specification by Example, Behavior / Test Driven Development – BDD, TDD) and the respective tools is an advantage
• Experience in Agile Methodologies
• Experience in creating the design documents – High Level & Low Level Design Documents
• Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage
• Must be willing to work diligently to meet project deadlines
• Demonstrate strong desire to develop new technical and professional skills on a continual basis
