• Build and maintain Premier Health Systems' brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Own the full creative process from brief to handoff.
• Translate user research into actionable visuals for teams.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and component library.
• Translate Premier Health Systems' mission into a compelling visual story.
• Shape visual language for social, email, and ad creative.
• Prototype multiple concepts to inform deeper work.
• Develop a scalable Presentation Skills toolkit for future hires.
