Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a Senior Wealth Planner within the Rockefeller Private Office to advise ultra-high-net-worth clients on comprehensive wealth strategies. You will lead bespoke plans covering income tax optimization, cash flow, estate planning, wealth transfer, and risk management.

You’ll collaborate with CPAs, JDs, CFPs, and investment professionals to deliver integrated advice and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to serve a select client base.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; JD or CPA strongly preferred.
10+ years in financial or tax planning for UHNW clients.
Experience managing 20+ client relationships and complex planning.

Responsibilities

Lead personalized wealth planning and quarterly client deliverables.
Manage a portfolio of 20–25 UHNW clients and lead quarterly meetings.
Collaborate with Rockefeller Private Advisors and internal specialists.
Design comprehensive planning across cash flow, tax, estate, and transfers.
Present wealth plans clearly to clients and families.
Coordinate with trustees, legal counsel, and tax advisors.
Contribute to practice development and client events.
