Job summary

A defense technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert Countering Unmanned Aerial Systems to assist in developing new tools and technologies for SOF UAS/CUAS. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in unmanned systems and hold a Top Secret clearance. Responsibilities include analyzing operational requirements, leading deployments, and preparing documentation. An understanding of UAS/CUAS TTPs is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in unmanned systems, RF engineering, or CUAS-related disciplines.
• Experience designing or integrating UAS/CUAS solutions for 3–5+ years.
• Knowledge of UAS/CUAS TTPs in the SOF community.

Responsibilities

• Assist SGM and Deputy TT as UAS/CUAS SME.
• Prepare and develop requirements documentation.
• Analyze operational requirements for UAS payloads.
• Lead or support build, deployment, and sustainment of UAS/CUAS solutions.
