Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager to support its U.S. federal policy work within the UCAN Global Affairs team, based in Washington, DC, with travel as needed. The role reports to the Senior Director of U.S.

Public Policy and focuses on policy priorities related to content, production, and delivery. The Senior Manager will build strong relationships with policymakers, monitor developments, and create advocacy materials while collaborating with internal groups and external stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of U.S. federal policy/advocacy experience.
• Experience with technology, media, or telecom policy preferred.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director of U.S. Public Policy to develop advocacy strategy.
• Develop high-impact policy materials and talking points.
• Build relationships with U.S. federal policymakers and staff.
• Monitor congressional hearings and legislative developments.
• Conduct legislative research and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advocate Netflix’s interests.
• Advise internal teams on policy developments affecting the business.
• Attend company events and industry briefings.
