Job summary

EY is seeking a senior security consultant to contribute to the Cyber Threat and Vulnerability Management team. You will lead engagements, deploy advanced SIEM/SOAR solutions, and guide client teams in threat detection and incident response.

Role emphasizes mentoring, client sessions, and delivering high-quality risk management across multiple projects and budgets, with significant travel requirements across US offices.

Qualifications

• Must have 6-10 years of information security with SIEM/SOAR focus.
• 3 years of consulting experience including proposals and presentations.
• 2 years of security concepts, vulnerability assessments, incident response, and governance.
• 2 years of networking, firewalls/IDS/IPS knowledge.
• 2 years of leading process definition and integration of SIEM/SOAR into ops.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable solutions to clients’ intricate technology risks and vulnerabilities as part of the TVM team.
• Lead and motivate teams, mentor junior consultants, and deliver security IT risk solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of IT trends and build strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets, and resources; drive service opportunities.
