• Approve leave and address routine workplace concerns.
• Respond to security incidents and checkpoint disruptions, and emergencies.
• Prepare operational briefings, logs, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with airport stakeholders and TSA leadership as required.
• Suggest improvements to screening procedures and staffing plans.
