Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Network LAN/WAN Administrator to support the SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance task order at MacDill AFB. The role covers planning, configuring, and maintaining USSOCOM LAN/WAN infrastructures, and requires active DoD TS/SCI clearance and DoW 8140 compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordinating with government and commercial circuit providers to ensure 24x7 network availability and performance for global end users.

Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience in implementing, administering, testing, and analyzing network environments.
• Active DoW TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoW 8140 compliance under Work Role Code 441 – Network Operations Specialist – Intermediate or higher.
• CCNA, CC DevNet Associate, or Aruba ACMA certifications required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, tuning, testing, monitoring, upgrading, patching, and management of LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Design and maintain LAN/WAN architectures including VPNs and wireless networks.
• Coordinate with government and contractor teams to restore circuit outages and ensure network performance.
• Prepare technical implementation plans with milestones and timelines.
• Produce monitoring reports and maintain equipment logs.
