Job summary

Talent Search PRO seeks an Integration & Test Engineer specialist to develop test plans, execute system tests, and document results for MIL-STD-810/461 compliant programs. You'll work across subsystems and collaborate with management, QA, and product leads.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 4+ years in test engineering, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Familiarity with LabVIEW and Python is preferred, along with hands-on hardware test experience and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
4+ years of integration/test engineering or related experience.
Experience with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 testing.

Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test.
Procure required equipment to support system build and create supporting documentation (drawing tree, parts list, interconnect diagrams).
Execute procedures for testing and troubleshooting components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and systems.
Complete test documentation, procedures and manufacturing build documents.
Conduct qualifications and system level testing.
Operate, verify and maintain test sets and test equipment.
Lead and conduct software integration and tests.
