Leading Path Consulting is seeking a Front-End Software Engineer located in Chantilly, Virginia, to design and develop software products. Candidates must have active TS/SCI Poly clearance, extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks, and a strong passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of related software development experience.
• Experience designing complex search interfaces.
• Experience with integrating with third part APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable components that align with the system design patterns.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in team design and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and provide customer support for software systems.

Skills

Extensive experience with Angular (or another modern front-end framework such as: React or Vue.js)

Expert knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS

Experience in optimizing web applications for performance and usability

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
