This full-time role supports attorneys handling sophisticated estate planning and estate and trust administration matters for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Florida probate procedures, estate planning concepts, and trust administration.
• Experience with estate and gift tax filings, including Form 706 and Form 709.
• Experience with high-net-worth estate planning matters and complex asset structures.
• Coordinate effectively with financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors in estate planning and administration matters.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related planning instruments.
• Prepare asset schedules, trust funding documentation, and related planning materials.
• Assist attorneys with revisions, proofreading, and finalization of estate planning documents.
• Coordinate execution of estate planning documents, including signings and ensuring proper formalities.
• Maintain organized and confidential client files and estate planning records.
