Qualifications

• Barred in MA, active and in good standing.
• 8+ years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates experience.
• Strong transfer tax planning knowledge.
• Experience managing complex client matters and leading project teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising family offices, entrepreneurs, and multigenerational families on wealth transfer strategies.
• Designing and implementing advanced lifetime and estate planning techniques.
• Analyzing complex income, estate, gift, GST, and fiduciary tax issues.
• Leading client matters from strategy through execution.
• Supervising junior attorneys and mentoring team members.
• Building lasting client relationships while expanding your own practice.
