Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior experience in estate planning and related matters.
• Drafting proficiency: wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, POAs, health directives.
• Familiarity with gift/estate tax planning concepts preferred.
• Trust/estate administration experience is a plus.
• Strong client management and ability to run portions of matters independently.
• VA bar required or ability to obtain.
