Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Trust Officer for The Private Trust Company to lead day-to-day trust administration and deliver exceptional client service.

In this role you will manage designated relationships, oversee fiduciary duties, and collaborate with trustees, financial advisors and CPAs to support estate and tax planning. A strong background in trust administration and finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in trust administration.
• Knowledge of financial planning, philanthropic planning and fiduciary law.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced degree/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account Administration: act as trust administrator for designated clients and mentor staff; manage trust and investment accounts, including transactions and funding.
• Relationship Management and Client Service: manage financial advisor and client relationships and provide service for moderately complex to complex relationships.
• Projects: participate in special projects, collaborate with colleagues to improve practices and communicate fiduciary concepts to clients.
