Qualifications

• JD required with advanced tax and estate planning knowledge.
• Desirable certifications CFP and CTFA for credentialing.
• Strong ability to explain complex tax and estate planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trust and estate planning expert within Baird Trust.
• Educate Financial Advisors about Baird Trust services and client benefits.
• Prepare meeting materials illustrating current plans and suggested changes.
• Collaborate with PWM, Tax, and Wealth teams to identify opportunities.
• Present on estate, tax, and trust planning topics for clients and peers.
