Job summary

The role leverages knowledge of governing documents, investment processes, and client communications, supporting senior staff while handling daily activities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant work experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of financial servicing or related experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardian and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment and custody accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
• Receive and relay service requests from clients and partners to service teams.
• Communicate progress and resolutions to clients and partners.
• Oversee action plans for client servicing events with timely follow-up.
• Assist specialists with account opening/closing, fee setup and documentation.
